I should add that until now I’ve been using Joplin as my Android note taking app, and transferring these notes to my main vault, but I’m finding Joplin too restrictive, so I’d like to have this separate Obsidian/android vault. Dropbox sync issues can occur for various reasons, including a poor internet connection, limited storage space, outdated app versions and excess cache. Once all of that is finished, go ahead and click Choose what to sync. Allow that, then log into your Dropbox account. It will tell you to allow permissions to your storage.
